SOFT WASHING PUMP BATCH MIX Mix 1/4 oz. - 1/2 oz of Thick Lemon Soft Washing Surfactant per gallon of soft washing solution. 1/4 oz per gallon of soft washing solution is ideal for mild foaming and is what's used for most applications. 1/2 oz per gallon of soft washing solution will create thick and heavy foaming for roof cleaning. This gets you 240-480 gallons of soft washing solution PER GALLON of concentrate depending on the surface being cleaned. SOFT WASHING PUMP WITH METERING VALVES If you're using metering valves, mix 1 gallon of Thick Lemon Soft Washing Surfactant with 4 gallons of water into your surfactant tank and barely open your soap valve until you achieve your desired amount of foam. This product is thick and needs to be thinned down with water to pull through metering valves properly. Keep in mind that too much foaming can make vertical surfaces time consuming to rinse. Thicker foam is great for cleaning roofs though. DOWN STREAM INJECTOR Mix 3 oz of Thick Lemon Soft Washing Surfactant per gallon of soft washing solution. This is just a starting ratio. Since, all injectors have a slightly different chemical draw ratio, you will need to dial the mix in to your preference.
