Other than that, all other components will ne the same *** This is the most capable, compact spray system in the roof rejuvenation, agricultural and pest control industry. Suction Side  The 3 way Viton valve on the suction side gives the operator the option to draw from either the solution tank or their rinse line. Both the solution line and rinse line come with chemical resistant, slotted, poly filters. The solution line is 10ft long and the rinse line is 20ft long. Both are premium, 3/4” non collapsable suction hose. The solution line also comes equipped with a uniseal tank gasket to neatly secure the solution line and filter in your tank from the top side. Their are no metal fittings on the filters. Everything that goes into the tank is 100% chemical resistant poly. The rinse line can also be used to transfer chemicals from a bulk tank to a solution tank. If you select the metering manifold option for soft washing, the 3 way valve for flushing will be installed on the SH line of the metering manifold.  Pressure Side The bypass line is 10ft of 1/2” clear poly braid hose with a ball valve and cam lock system that connects to the top of the tank. The bypass line will circulate your chemical solution in a loop through the system while you are off the trigger and bypass any excess solution while you are on the trigger. This helps keep your batch mixed solution mixed throughout the application process.  Choose 3GPM or 5GPM 60 PSI Delevan Pump This system comes equipped with either a 3 GPM or 5GPM 60PSI pump powered by 12v or 115v.  These chemical rated Delevan pumps are pre-wired and neatly mounted to the aluminum box. 12v pumps are standard but we can have Delavan custom build AC versions of this pump. Sometimes this will extend the lead time if you choose the AC pump model.  COMES WITH AN EXTRA PUMP FOR BACK UP These electric pumps will fail over time (usually from low voltage or surges) but are pretty simple to replace. We send a back up pump with this system. *NO WARRANTIES ON PUMPS* HOSE REEL The Spray Pro 12V Application System comes with your choice of a full-frame 12” or 18” aluminum Rugged Reel with a stainless manifold. This reel is designed to hold up to daily use with corrosive chemicals.     APPLICATION HOSE  This professional sprayer system comes with either 200ft or 300ft of 1/2” Soft Jet Premium Chemical Resistant soft washing hose that is rated for 300 PSI. The 12” reel comes with 200ft and the 18” reel comes with 300ft. This robust application hose is UV resistant, non-marking, & lightweight. This hose meets RMA (Class B) oil resistance.  APPLICATION WAND  The wand consists of a ball valve, trigger gun, 18” wand and stainless J-rod with 4 stainless steel nozzles (0,15,25 and 40 degree 1/4 meg nozzles in #20 orifice. The zero degree nozzle is used to achieve the longest spray distance of approximately 40' while the 40 degree nozzle sprays the widest fan pattern for up close applications.  The application wand is able to be disconnected with a chemical resistant ball valve and camlock fitting and neatly mounted to the front of the Spray Pro 12V Application System. Being able to disconnect the wand allows for the operator to use our different wand set ups or even transfer chemicals to tanks and pump sprayers that are far from the spray system. NO SHORTCUTS ON COMPONENTS All fittings used on this professional grade spray application system including the hardware are either poly or stainless steel. We do not cut any corners on quality. This system is designed for daily, industrial use. Our system was designed by professionals to be used as a soft wash spray system, roof rejuvenation spray system, a pest control spray system or agricultural spray system but can also be used for many other solution spraying applications.    ASSEMBLY  The Electric Spray Pro Application System comes plumbed ready to use. All you need to supply is the tank and deep cycle marine batter if you choose the 12v option. You will need to install the provided bulkhead fitting to the top of your solution tank.
