After Wash Conditioner is utilized as a secondary rinse to neutralize corrosive bleach crystals on exterior surfaces and your cleaning equipment. After Wash Conditioner should be applied after EVERY roof cleaning service to completely neutralize bleach. Leaving any trace of active bleach on a roof could make asphalt shingles brittle, oxidize or corrode any metal on the roof, make tiles dull, or kill plants underneath the drip edge Use After Wash Conditioner to spray shrubbery and outdoor (non-edible) plants before and after the use of bleach. This aids in protecting plants during and after exposure to bleach. Always rinse plants thoroughly with water after applying this product. Do NOT leave After Wash Conditioner to dry on plants. A regular spray down with After Wash Conditioner at the end of the day will neutralize bleach crystals on equip-ment, trailers and vehicles, helping to protect from rapid corrosion.
