The Spray Pro Mini Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Skid is a super capable, compact, two in one pressure washing & soft washing system that can be truck, trailer or van mounted. This professional grade pressure washing and soft washing skid to allows you to clean efficiently with a small foot print. Absolutely no corners were cut when designing this system.
The Spray Pro Mini Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Skid includes:
- Aluminum pallet skid with fabricated back shelf
- 48”wide and 52” long measured from the bottom
- Approximately 650lbs dry
- Honda belt drive 5.5 GPM pressure washer (choose electric or pull start
- Two 55 gallon tanks for water and bleach with aluminum straps
- 7 gallon soap tank for surfactant with aluminum straps
- Asahi valve 4 Port soft wash metering system with clear manifold. 1” manifold with 3/4” and 1/4” chemical rated Asahi valves. Mounted neatly to aluminum stand. This allows you to select from or blend water, bleach, surfactant, and an additional valve and auxiliary suction hose for various solutions like bleach neutralizer, caustic degreasers, house wax, etc.
- Banjo flush valve to flush the bleach valve with water after each use. This feature significantly prolongs the life of your soft wash metering manifold.
- Delevan 7GPM 100PSI 12v soft wash pump mounted neatly to aluminum stand and pre-wired. Comes with an empty battery box to fit a group 24 deep cycle marine battery. Battery needs to be purchased locally.
- Down stream system with 3 Port DS PRO metering manifold with high quality Asahi valves for selecting or metering bleach and surfactant, and an additional auxiliary valve for various solutions like bleach neutralizer, caustic degreasers, house wax, etc.
- Banjo micro flush valve to flush the DS Pro manifold bleach valve with water. This feature significantly prolongs the life of your metering manifold
- 18” aluminum full frame reel with 3/4” stainless manifold for soft washing hose & 12” aluminum full frame reel with 1/2” stainless manifold for high pressure hose
- 200’ of 5/8” soft wash hose & 200’ of 3/8” high pressure hose.
- 50’ of garden hose neatly stored on aluminum hose holder
- Water drain system
- Hudson float valve system
- Poly soft wash gun and stainless nozzles
- Soft wash hose is set up on a camlock system so you can add hose as needed and switch attachments (extension hoses and extra trigger gun attachments sold separately).
- DN10 ball valve installed on high pressure hose
- Suttner high pressure trigger gun
- Matrix nozzle holder allows you to press red or blue buttons and quickly switch between M5DS twist nozzle and shooter tip.
