Spray Pro 12v Batch Mix DIY Soft Wash System Includes:
Remco 12v 100PSI Pump With Quick Attach Ports (choose between 5 GPM or 7 GPM)
Aluminum pump plate with on/off switch, fuse and wiring to the battery
Optional aluminum stand to mount pump plate to (choose between 20” or 30” in height. 30” is what’s pictured)
1/2″ blue Rampage soft wash hose (choose between 100ft, 200ft or 300ft)
1/2” ball valve with 1/2” barb and male camlock installed so trigger gun can be disconnected
Soft wash trigger gun and wand combo with stainless quick connect and tips installed. Added female camlock for disconnect
15′ of supply hose (5 GPM pumps get 1/2” poly braid & 7 GPM pumps get non-collapsible)
Slotted pvc filter with barb for supply hose - chemical resistant
6 stainless hose clamps (do not install hose clamp on slotted pvc filter barb as it will corrode inside your bleach tank. Simply slide the hose onto the barb securely without a clamp)

Unfortunately, most of the time, these pumps fail prematurely due to USER ERROR by being run on low voltage, restricting flow causing rapid pressure switch recycling with the wrong tips or “feathering” the trigger, by leaking lines causing cavitation and pressure switch failure, bad wiring, and simply not flushing throughly after each use. For this reason we will not warranty 12V pumps regardless of the circumstances - NO EXCEPTIONS!
