Our Premium 12V Soft Washing System is available with your choice of a 5 GPM 100PSI or 7 GPM PSI Delevan Soft Wash Pump. You also have the option to add an extra soap valve.
• Neatly mounted on an aluminum plate with HD waterproof switch
• Pre-wired with 6ft of battery connection (positive & negative, 10 AWG)
CLEAR VIEW CHEMICAL METERING MANIFOLD WITH CHEMICAL RESISTANT VALVES & FLUSH/AUXILIARY VALVE
• Comes standard with 4 port clear view manifold (3/4”-1/2”-3/4”-1/2”) with a 3/4” through hole and end ports. The second 1/2” soap port is plugged with a 1/2” plug unless you add the second soap valve option. The clear material enables confirmation of product flow and helps with troubleshooting and locating leaks.
• Our Premium 12V Soft Washing System comes with DOS/SM Series Metering Valves that are made of completely chemical resistant materials, seats and seals. These valves have a 180 degree handle turn for the most precise chemical metering.
• This soft washing system comes standard with a chemical resistant banjo 3-way valve with heavy duty stainless mounting pieces, ready to be bolted down. This valve is used for flushing your system after each use or for spraying chemicals other than bleach. This can also be used to transfer bleach onto your rig.
