THIS IS THE 12 VOLT SOFT WASHING PUMP USED BY THE PROS IN THE EXTERIOR CLEANING INDUSTRY! THE FB3 IS DESIGNED TO HANDLE HARSH CHEMICALS AND DAILY USE.
The Delavan 7970-101Y-SB PowerFLO Electric Diaphragm Pump (Automatic Demand) has a 12VDC motor with three chambers. This positive displacement unit features a bypass mode, is capable of being run dry, and is self-priming. The pump polypropylene construction includes Viton valves, stainless steel fasteners, and Santoprene diaphragms, and the pressure demand switch works only when liquid flow is necessary for a balanced flow.

Unfortunately, most of the time, these pumps fail prematurely due to USER ERROR by being run on low voltage, restricting flow causing rapid pressure switch recycling with the wrong tips or “feathering” the trigger, by leaking lines causing cavitation and pressure switch failure, bad wiring, and simply not flushing throughly after each use. For this reason we will not warranty 12V pumps regardless of the circumstances - NO EXCEPTIONS!
